Margaret A. Bird, EMS master, is the President and Broker of Remcor Real Estate and the founder of Remcor Educational Systems.  As an instructor for the National Council of Exchangors and life member of “Who’s Who in Creative Real Estate”, she teaches the Gold Card Course for EMS designation, taught to the top strata of Investment Real Estate Brokers and Counselors.

 

Her revolutionary training programs are designed to teach new Realtors the sophisticated art of exchanging and equity conversions.  Her advanced programs teach seasoned Realtors, Investment Counselors, and Financial Planners the skills of portfolio development and aggressive capital growth techniques.  These training concepts are currently being developed into a national educational affiliation system calculated to develop a new school of thought about wealth building its preservation and diversification. 

 

As a member of Toastmasters International, ATM Gold, she is a frequently quoted public speaker and author of the “Creative Corner” column.  Several times a year, she produces “The Financial Solvency Series For Beginners” on the public lecture circuit, and “Advanced Equity Growth Arts” for financial professionals and investors.  These lecture series are often featured in bookstores, professional conventions, and on public television.  These will also be available on subscription DVDs in the near future.
