Mission Statement

 

We will create, produce, and deliver to the marketplace a revolutionary education/support system that will redefine the role of licensed real estate practitioners in the lives of their clients thru creative transaction structuring.  These practitioners shall be called Real Estate Counselors and shall in conjunction with our confederate members attempt to deliver their client’s financial dreams relative to the creation, growth, protection, and orderly distribution of their wealth based upon and motivated by the prosperity principle as follows:  “You are prospered in the way that and to the extent that you prosper others.” – Magi Bird, 2003

 

 

Vision Statement

 

Through the practice of real estate counseling and applied creative formulas we will demonstrate that all moral business transactions can result in win-win-win scenarios thereby prospering every party in a transaction.  That prosperity, passed forward will change the adversarial role of negotiators to cooperative participants in the creation of wealth.  Therefore, it is in the best interest of all parties to educate and expand, to apply and pass on these practices and ideas to others as more and better educated participants open the door to more possibilities.  This is the principle of leverage applied to human knowledge.  We will create practitioner/teachers to teach the public basic and advanced financial information and principles because the better their clients understand these principles, the more valuable our members become to their clients.
